Trequite
Born in 2001, Trequite is by Primitive Rising, the outstanding sire of Event horses (see stallion page). His dam, 'Coolmore Clarine' (see brood mare page), has already produced one Burghley Young Event Horse winner, now competing at intermediate level - Trebetherick.
This gelding shows outstanding ability in all three phases. Placed at the final of the Young Horse Evaluations in 2005, he won the Burghley Young Event Horse final in 2006. He has been awarded the British Breeding Performance Diploma. Trequite completed the European Young Horse Championships at Pompadour in 2006.
Finished 2007 with 21 points, having been placed 3rd at Gatcombe CIC* and 6th at the World Championships for 6 year olds at Le Lion d'Angers, with one of only a handful of double clears.
